    We ship from our Norwegian warehouse that is located in Tønsberg.

    Free shipping for all orders above 2699 NOK.

    • 99 NOK shipping on all orders above 2699 NOK

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Your order delivery will take around 1-5 business days. 

    Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that your package is on its way. Please note that it may take a few days before the shipment is registered by the carrier and tracking information becomes available.

    What if my order hasn’t arrived?

    Once your package has been registered by PostNord or your selected shipping provider, you will receive tracking information directly from the carrier.

    If you have received a shipping confirmation but no tracking updates are available yet, we kindly ask you to allow a few additional days for the package to be processed and scanned by the carrier.

    If you still cannot locate your order, we recommend contacting PostNord Customer Service here or your selected shipping provider first, as they may be able to provide additional information about your shipment.
